The Fire (Scotland) Act 2005,  The Fire Safety (Scotland) Regulations 2006 and The Regulatory Reform (Fire Safety) Order 2005 require all commercial business premises employing five or more people to have a written fire risk assessment.

As a licensed user of PAS 79, the 'British Standard' of fire risk assessment templates, you will receive a widely recognised document showing either compliance with the relevant standards or detailing action plans you should undertake to achieve compliance.
